Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Standard International: 10–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Achy is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
